The climb

Position 48 → 1

Two jobs, one subscription

Most businesses buy an SEO agency and a lead-gen tool separately, then spend their time joining the two together. AugRank does both and connects them.

SEO

Rank for what people actually buy

Technical audit, keyword research, content written in your voice, published to your site. Every change explained before it happens.

Outreach

Reach the people searching didn’t

Find decision-makers, message them across email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and handle every reply in one inbox.

Control

Nothing happens without you

Approval-gated by default. Hard spending caps. A full record of what was decided and why, on every single run.

You approve. Then it publishes.

Every change arrives as a diff with the reasoning attached. Approve, edit, or reject — it never guesses on your behalf.

The gate

Nothing reaches your site, and no message reaches a person, until you have pressed this.

What AugRank does, and for whom

AugRank is SEO automation software for small and mid-sized businesses — the ones that cannot afford an agency’s retainer and do not have a developer on staff. It does the work an SEO agency does, shows you each change before it happens, and stops when you say stop.

It is built for a business where one team does both the marketing and the sales: a consultancy, a clinic, a manufacturer selling to other businesses, a small agency running its first clients. The features page lists everything it does and, just as importantly, what it refuses to do; the about page says who builds it and where your data lives. If you are pricing the alternatives first, we wrote up what SEO costs in India in 2026, agencies included.

How a run goes

  1. Connect. Add your site, optionally connect Search Console and Analytics, and choose where articles get published — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, a pull request to your git repository, or a file you download and place yourself.
  2. Audit. AugRank crawls the site and checks broken links, the sitemap, robots.txt, structured data and Core Web Vitals. Findings are split by who acts: the ones it can fix, and the ones that need you.
  3. Draft. Keywords come from your own Search Console and your competitors’ gaps. Each article is briefed, written in your voice, and put through originality and fact checks before you see it — including a check for keyword cannibalization, your own pages competing with each other.
  4. Approve and publish. Every change arrives as a diff with the reasoning attached. You approve, edit or reject; nothing reaches your site otherwise, and how the gate works is documented. Then it tracks the ranking and tells you what moved.

Outreach, for the people who did not search

Ranking brings the people who are already looking. Outreach reaches the ones who are not. AugRank finds leads from LinkedIn posts that match your keywords, messages them over email and WhatsApp, and puts every reply in one inbox with a simple pipeline — found, contacted, replied, won. Deliverability is watched the whole time: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked and bounces are suppressed automatically, because a blacklisted domain costs more than any campaign earns. We explain SPF, DKIM and DMARC without the jargon if those are new words.

What it costs

Three plans from ₹9,999 a month, everything included on every one; the tiers differ only in how many sites, articles and messages they cover. You set a monthly spending cap and every paid step is checked against it before it runs, so there is no surprise on the bill — and if a cap is reached, the work pauses and you are asked. See the pricing page for the three tiers, and why we made it ask permission for the thinking behind the gate.

Questions before you start

Do I need a developer or an agency to use it?

No. AugRank crawls your site, writes the articles and publishes them to your CMS. If you have no CMS and no developer, it hands you the finished file to place yourself. The technical findings it cannot fix come with the exact change written out for whoever maintains the site.

Will it change my site without asking?

No. Approval gating is on by default: every article and every technical fix arrives as a diff with the reasoning attached, and nothing goes live until you approve it. It never rewrites your existing pages, and it never edits your robots.txt — it shows you the problem and the fix, and the file stays yours.

Which sites can it publish to?

WordPress, Webflow and Shopify directly; a static site by pull request to your git repository; or any site at all by download — the same article as a file, for you to place by hand. Nothing in the product requires giving AugRank a key to anything.

What Google data does it read?

Search Console performance and Google Analytics reports, both read-only, plus the ownership record Google issues so we can show you the DNS entry that proves a site is yours — through a connection you make separately from signing in. It never publishes, changes or deletes anything in your Google account; the section at the foot of this page lists each permission and what it is for.

How is the outreach different from a mass-mail tool?

It reads public LinkedIn posts that match your keywords and contacts the people who asked to be contacted in them — no profile visits, no connection requests, no scraping of private data. Every message is relevant to the post it answers, the source is kept, and anyone can ask to be removed.

How long is the trial, and does it need a card?

Seven days, no card, on the top tier’s allowances so a cap cannot cut it short. Everything works except unattended runs — each one still waits for your approval, which is the point. Cancel in one click; anything published stays on your site.

Signing in with Google, and the Google data AugRank reads

Signing in

Optional. You can sign in with an email address and password instead, and nothing in the product requires a Google account.

  • Google sends AugRank your email address and account identifier, and nothing else — no name, no profile picture.
  • They are used for one thing: to create your AugRank account and recognise you when you return.
  • They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the sub-processors listed in the footer.

Reading your search data

A separate, optional connection you make inside AugRank, not part of signing in. Google asks you to approve three permissions.

  • Search Console performance (read-only) — clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and your property list.
  • Google Analytics reports (read-only) — sessions, engaged sessions, users and key events.
  • The site-ownership record Google issues, so we can show you the DNS entry that proves a site is yours. You add the entry; Google does the verifying.
  • AugRank never publishes, changes or deletes anything in your Google account, and never reads Ads, Gmail or Drive.
  • Disconnecting deletes the stored credential and the data read with it. The privacy policy below says the same at length.
