Refund Policy

This policy explains when you are charged, how to cancel, and when a refund is due. It forms part of our terms of service.

The trial is how you evaluate AugRank

Every account starts with a 14-day trial with full access to everything — no reduced feature set and no volume caps. A payment method is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial.

We deliberately give the full product away for two weeks so you can decide before paying. Because of that, our post-payment refund terms are narrow.

Cancelling

• During the trial — cancel any time before it ends and you are never charged. One click, in the app.
• On a paid plan — cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

When we refund

• Duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded in full, always.
• Charged after cancelling — refunded in full.
• An extended outage that made the service unusable — a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
• Within 7 days of your first paid charge, if AugRank has substantially failed to work as described and our support team could not fix it — refunded in full. Tell us what went wrong; we would rather fix it.

When we do not refund

• Change of mind after the trial has ended and payment has been taken.
• Unused time in a period you cancelled part-way through.
• Search rankings, traffic, replies, or revenue not meeting expectations — see the no-guarantee clause.
• Suspension or restriction of a connected third-party account, including LinkedIn.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy.
• Overage charges for usage that was actually delivered.

How to request one

Write to support@augrank.com from your account email with the invoice number and what went wrong. We respond within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the provider that took the payment — Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD. Banks typically take 5–10 working days after we approve it. Currency fluctuation between charge and refund is outside our control.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published when you were charged.
