Acceptable Use Policy

AugRank sends messages and publishes content in your name. Misuse damages the people who receive it, your reputation, and the delivery infrastructure every other customer depends on. This policy forms part of our terms of service.

Outreach

• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages to people you have no lawful basis to contact.
• Do not upload contact lists that were purchased, scraped from sources you had no right to use, or obtained without permission.
• Do not disguise who you are, forge sender details, or mislead recipients about why you are contacting them.
• Do not remove, hide, or break the unsubscribe link.
• Do not contact anyone who has opted out, or re-add them to a list after they have.
• Do not use AugRank for phishing, fraud, or any attempt to obtain credentials or payments by deception.

LinkedIn and connected accounts

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to operate.
• Do not attempt to bypass, raise, or work around the activity limits we enforce. They exist to protect your account and they are not negotiable.
• Do not operate multiple accounts to multiply limits, or share one connected account between people.
• Do not resume an account we have paused for a platform challenge without resolving the challenge.

Content and publishing

• Do not publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or deliberately deceptive material.
• Do not publish content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Do not use AugRank to generate content designed to manipulate search results through cloaking, doorway pages, or deliberate misinformation.
• Do not publish adult content, or content promoting weapons, illegal drugs, or gambling where prohibited.

The platform itself

• Do not probe, scan, or test the security of AugRank except under a written agreement with us. Report vulnerabilities responsibly instead — we will thank you.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's data, or any account that is not yours.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide AugRank as a service to third parties without a written agreement.
• Do not use automated means to extract data from the product beyond the API and export tools we provide.
• Do not deliberately overload the service or circumvent quotas.

How we enforce this

Depending on severity we may warn you, pause a specific feature, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where circumstances allow we warn first. For active harm — phishing, fraud, or an attack on our infrastructure — we suspend immediately.
